Vision: To be the leading independent Welsh based provider of ICT Support Services
Mission: Through long-term relationships with our clients Teamwork will provide appropriate ICT support services using experienced and motivated staff creating value from ICT for our clients. We believe that we have the methodology and experience to create real value for your business from ICT by:
- Planning. Aligning technology with business goals starts with a clear understanding of where you are, an agreed understanding of what level of ICT is appropriate to the business and pre-defined targets that need to be met.
- People. Our people are highly motivated, well-trained and, most importantly, seek to understand your business and its needs.
- Processes. Improving critical system support processes is a vital part of creating ICT value. This support needs to be customer-focused by identifying the level of support and performance that you and your customers expect, establish KPI’s to measure performance, and then regularly communicate performance (good and bad).
- Projects. Delivery of projects on time and within budget is one element in creating value. The other side of the equation is to identify and measure in monetary terms the value created and delivered by ICT projects.
- Customer Service. To ensure that our support and response meets (and exceeds) client expectations we establish service level agreements with our clients which are reported on a monthly basis and reviewed with client senior management at least quarterly.

Company History: Teamwork is a private limited company (Company Registration 04678027) 100% owned by its directors. The business, established in 1992 and re-launched in 2003, is based at the company's registered office at the Business and Technology Centre in Tredomen, South Wales. We have a core of experienced permanent staff as well as a number of associates, with wide experience over a number of years in different sectors including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, retail, leisure and professional services.
